Client Introduction

OysterConnect.com is a Workplace Skilling and eLearning Platform that builds video-based courses for young professionals in collaboration with industry experts. As a General Manager – Product & Marketing, I was responsible for overseeing the development of our SaaS platform and eLearning platform.

We needed a reliable and experienced partner to develop our SaaS platform and eLearning platform from scratch. The project required a high level of customization, and we needed a team that could work closely with us to understand our requirements and deliver high-quality results.

What We Did?

Ebizon was selected as our partner due to their long-standing relationship with us and their expertise in developing complex projects. The scope of work included:

Developing a custom SaaS platform with a project manager dashboard, client dashboard, and mobile app for interns
Creating an eLearning platform with video-based courses, assessments, and scoring systems
Integrating the platforms with our existing NodeJS backend and Angular frontend

The Ebizon team consisted of a full-stack developer and a mobile app developer, with occasional temporary additions of junior web developers and frontend developers.

Outcome

The project resulted in a 76% reduction in the project managers’ turnaround time in providing qualified candidates to clients. The team’s manual efforts were reduced, enabling them to handle more projects simultaneously. Clients also received positive feedback on the quality of candidates provided.
